Jade's was formerly known as "New Jumbo" and has recently been refurbished.
After the monthly meeting at Leeds University. For the meeting venue see WYLUG website. People should aim to arrive at the restaurant at about 8:30pm.
There are no tickets for this event, but please send an email to James Holden to let him know if you're coming, so that the restaurant can get an idea of numbers.
A seated buffet has been arranged at a fixed price of £10.00 per head. There are vegetarian options available as part of this.
There is a map available from Leeds City Council showing nearby car parks and routes into Leeds. Other maps of the area are also available.

The restaurant is situated just off the City Centre Loop, so follow the signs initially for the city centre, then onto the loop. Between junction 7 (Merrion) and junction 8 (Grand Theatre) you will be approaching down Merrion Street. After passing McDonalds on your left, get into the right hand lane and leave the loop by heading down the narrow street directly in front of you as the other traffic turns sharply to the left. This will take you into the top of Vicar Lane where you must turn right. The restaurant is on the left hand side after about 100 yards. There is an NCP car park (Edward Street) behind the restaurant which is accessible by turning left into the road which runs down the right hand side of building (visible in the picture above, where the woman is crossing the road).
Arrive at Leeds City Station and leave via the main entrance (Burger King to your right, tickets to your left). Turn left towards city square the over the crossing and right into Boar Lane. At the end of Boar Lane you will see the Corn Exchange (Distinctive round building with domed roof). Turn left up Vicar Lane where there are bus stops on both sides of the road. Follow Vicar Lane up to the top and you will see the restaurant on the right after crossing over the junction with Eastgate and the Headrow.
Leave the university by the main entrance and walk down Woodhouse Lane into town. After passing Yates' wine lodge on the right and the Morrisons on the left, turn left down Merrion Street (McDonalds and Edwards pub on either corner). At the junction at the bottom, go straight on down the narrow street ahead of your. This will bring you out on Vicar Lane. Turn right and the restaurant is visible ahead on your left.
All buses passing the University main entrace will take you near to the McDonalds mentioned above.

Other routes will pass close-by and Vicar Lane can easily be reached on foot.
